Early days at the Pavilion...
We had a big recruitment drive on the weekend and conducted screening interviews at the Lady Bay. Over 100 applicants turned up. So we feel a bit spoilt for choice really – some amazing people turned up. Wish I had a photo of that – the crowd that is, not Jon’s face.
Also had a great meeting with our head chef to be – Macca – yesterday. The menus are almost complete. What a relief.
And still sniffing around auctions etc for the perfect communal table. Think we will just get it made. Sometimes you just can’t find that dress or gift or pair of shoes or communal table that you have in your mind.
Our little cafe is starting to take shape.
